We have each earned the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). To receive a CRS designation, we had to demonstrate outstanding professional achievements – including high-volume sales and complete advance training in areas such as finance, marketing and technology. Approximately 4% of Realtors in the nation have obtained the CRS designation. We are among that 4%.
